Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions in leading financial institutions, where he built a strong reputation for corporate banking, financial management, business development, risk management, and strategic leadership.

His extensive banking career spans the financing and management of businesses across the manufacturing, trading, agro-export, and service sectors. He has successfully structured and managed complex financing solutions, advised corporate clients on growth strategies, and facilitated investments that have contributed significantly to business expansion and industrial development.

Mr. Igwenagu holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy and an MBA in Banking and Finance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI). As Managing Director of Jadmac Recycling Technology Ltd., he brings a unique blend of financial expertise and strategic leadership to the recycling industry, driving the company's vision of building a financially sustainable, environmentally responsible, and globally competitive enterprise.

As Human Resources Manager at JADMAC Recycling Technology Ltd., Ekezie leads the company's human capital strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy development, payroll administration, and regulatory compliance. He has successfully implemented HR systems, developed workplace policies, strengthened employee engagement, and improved organizational efficiency across multiple industries.

Malachy Agu is a Chartered Accountant with nearly two decades of financial and operational experience across key sectors of the Nigerian economy, including Hospitality, Real Estate, Telecommunications, FMCG, Manufacturing, Electronics, and Downstream Oil & Gas.

As the pioneer Finance Manager at JADMAC Recycling Technology Ltd, he oversees the company’s financial architecture, corporate governance, and fiscal strategy. His expertise covers corporate accounting, business management, operational auditing, and internal controls. He is skilled in building robust financial and operational systems from the ground up, combining financial precision with operational insight to drive profitability, safeguard assets, and support JADMAC’s mission of transforming waste into high-value industrial fibre.

Dominic Nwadike is a procurement and operations professional with over 15 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, supplier management, logistics and process improvement.

He holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Enugu, alongside professional training in Agile Project Management, Leadership, Professional Virtual Assistance, Anger Management & Crisis Control, Customer Relationship Management, Workplace Readiness, Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making, among others.

Zang Jingdian is a seasoned chemical-fiber manufacturing professional with over 30 years of experience in production management, process operations, and factory leadership within the chemical-fiber and polyester staple fiber industry.

He graduated from the Guangdong Textile Industry Institute in 1988, specializing in Chemical Fiber, and holds the professional title of Engineer. Throughout his career, he has held progressively senior positions, including Process Technician, Production & Technology Section Chief, Production Manager, Deputy Factory Director, Factory Director, and Chemical-Fiber Plant Director.

His extensive experience spans production management, process optimization, factory operations, production-line installation and commissioning, and technical management. He has worked with chemical-fiber manufacturing companies in China, Tunisia, and Nigeria, giving him valuable international exposure to large-scale industrial production environments.

As Production Manager at JADMAC Recycling Technology Limited, Mr. Zang brings deep technical knowledge and decades of manufacturing leadership to the company, supporting efficient production, process excellence, product quality, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement.

Gong Benbing is an experienced manufacturing and production professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the nonwoven fabric industry, specializing in production operations, machinery, equipment maintenance, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

He has extensive expertise in the operation and maintenance of nonwoven production equipment, including drilling machines, winding machines, carding machines, needle machines, hydraulic systems, and related production-line machinery. His technical capabilities also extend to equipment assembly, machine modification, electrical fault diagnosis, PLC fundamentals, and production-line optimization.

As Factory Manager at JADMAC Recycling Technology Limited, Mr. Gong brings strong practical knowledge of industrial equipment and manufacturing processes, with a focus on efficient production, equipment reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. His extensive frontline experience enables him to effectively oversee factory operations while ensuring machinery and production systems operate safely, efficiently, and consistently.
